Moonage Daydream
Inspiration
I was influenced by the neon lights I would see at night when exploring different cities. They can make a place feel like a different world just from the transition from day to night and I wanted to capture the dreamy, other-worldliness.
I titled the piece after the song “Moonage Daydream” by David Bowie as a nod to one of my favorite songs and the imaginative experience of listening to The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
